Opinion, Live at Socquette L​é​g​è​re Festival, Agen, France (17/07/​2021).

I just noticed that today is Friday October 13th. It's also my friend Yohan's birthday (from the band yyellow). I also wanted to release something on the same day as the release day of the second Spacemojo EP (because "Desire, Perfume & Slowly" was released on the same day as the first "Space Mojo" EP).
So I decided to officially release this quite cursed live album as a sort of homage to this coincidence. I love this month so much.

The story behind this concert is not very interesting. It was Saturday July 17, 2021 at the Socquette Légère Festival in Agen. It was a very nice and very hot day. After the Opinion show and the SIZ concert, we just spent the evening laughing and drinking beers. The day after this concert, I started recording the "Muddlepiglottis E.P.", it was one of the happiest period of my life, and I wanted to keep a fun memory of this on a fun album (the Muddlepiglottis one).

But the concert wasn't great. We played very badly in front of almost no one. So I screwed up the sound as much as possible to make the concert sound “cool” or at least "interesting".
I decided to just slow down the recording as much as possible and make it sound as dirty as possible.
I wanted this live album to not just be "an accurate representation of the band during a concert". I wanted this album to be a surrealist experience. Like a memory that distorts over time.
Anyway, here is "Warm & Gloomy Memory Of The Concert Under The Cloudless Bridge In Summer '21". I hope you like it as much as I like it. Otherwise, too bad. :/

By the way, thanks to Mamati Sama El Sanctifito for recording us that day. The recording is great. Sorry for destroying everything. But I honestly think it was one of our worst shows. And strangely, it sounds awesome with a destroyed sound.

Just after this show, the band started to sound better. I bought a new amp for concerts, we rehearsed for a whole week at my father's house with new equipments. We were much more ready for concerts. So this recording is quite interesting because it's like the "last amateur Opinion concert" (but not really at the same time).

But I deleted it from Soundcloud because I wanted to just sell this album physically. Some home made CDrs were available at the merch table of some Opinion's concerts in late 2021.
Maybe I will make more with Nothing Is Mine.
